Sales Manager (Mining Pool, EU)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive EMCD's commercial expansion across the EU and strengthen our presence in the European mining ecosystem. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and establishing long-term relationships with key industry players across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers.
• Attract new partners and clients to expand the company's geographic presence in the international market, with a specific focus on the EU region.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, including conducting negotiations, expanding partnerships, and winning back lost accounts.
• Develop market entry strategies for the specified countries.
• Build local brand partnerships with key players in the mining pool ecosystem to increase brand awareness and generate referral-based deal flow.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to improve the quality of EMCD products for target customers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events across the region.

Requirements

• At least five years of sales experience, including a minimum of two years working with blockchain, mining, or fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the European market and the specifics of the cryptocurrency and mining industry, combined with a strong understanding of customer needs in mining and blockchain solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with hands-on experience using them in day-to-day sales activities.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced market.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately one to two times per month.
