What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in software development and full lifecycle ownership, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture principles such as microservices, containers, and automation.
- Proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to lead design reviews and mentor engineering teams to promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making and integrating AI/ML components using languages like Python, Java, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and effective communication of complex technical concepts.
