About the role
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping customer and supplier records accurate and up to date.
- Updating customer information directly and processing key service information.
- Completing pre-invoice checks to support smooth and accurate billing.
- Supporting order amendments and resolving queries efficiently.
- Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:55am and 5:25pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
- After successfully completing your 3-month probation, you may be required to cover a Saturday shift on a rota basis from 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime.
- Once you’ve completed probation, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
What we need from you
- A friendly and professional communication style.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when maintaining system data.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word, and the ability to learn bespoke systems.
- Flexibility to support customer service teams during peak times.
