Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and insight-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead global marketing efforts for e.l.f. Cosmetics—our flagship brand. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving disruptive 360° campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping how our brand shows up across the globe.
You’ll be a key player in amplifying e.l.f.’s brand voice, pushing the boundaries of of innovation, and leading culture-forward marketing that sparks conversation, builds community, and drives business growth. As the day-to-day steward of the brand, you’ll connect strategy to execution—owning the brand plan end-to-end, from pipeline and go-to-market through in-market performance and retail sell-through.
