We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Asset Management professional to help develop and grow our Asset & Information Management capability in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Asset Management within AtkinsRéalis in Ireland. You will work closely with clients, market teams and technical specialists to expand our local presence, develop new opportunities and build a thriving team that draws upon the strength of our wider UK&I Asset & Information Management practice. Success in this role will come through strong relationship building, collaboration and the ability to connect client challenges with practical, innovative solutions. You will help create opportunities for our clients and our people, while contributing to the long-term growth of the practice. While strong technical credibility in Asset Management and Information Management is important, this role is fundamentally about building sustainable growth, developing capability and positioning AtkinsRéalis as a trusted partner in Ireland’s infrastructure market.
Your role
- Develop and expand our Asset & Information Management capability across Ireland.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients across key markets including Water, Aviation, Local Government, Transport, Defence and Energy.
- Develop and deliver a clear market growth plan for Asset Management services in Ireland.
- Work with client directors and market teams to identify opportunities, shape propositions and convert pipeline into sustainable revenue.
- Build a sustainable local team by identifying capability needs, attracting, developing and supporting talent, and growing headcount in line with market demand.
- Connect Irish clients with the wider UK&I Asset & Information Management practice, ensuring access to deep technical expertise and proven delivery capability.
- Provide senior technical oversight and Project Director support on selected commissions.
- Maintain a billable contribution of up to 50–60% of the working week, supporting delivery excellence and commercial growth.
- Represent AtkinsRéalis externally through thought leadership, industry events, speaking opportunities and award submissions.
- Support the development of a strong, visible and collaborative Asset Management community across Ireland and the wider UK&I business.
- Grow revenue and convert strategic opportunities in a sustainable and client-focused way.
- Be responsible for growth targets (revenue and headcount) for Asset & Information Management in Ireland.
- Develop a recognised local Asset Management capability in Ireland.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, partners and colleagues across multiple markets.
- Identify the skills and experience needed to support future growth.
- Attract, support and develop talent within the discipline, creating an inclusive team environment where people can thrive.
- Strengthen collaboration between Ireland and the UK&I Asset & Information Management practice.
- Position AtkinsRéalis as a leading voice in Asset Management, Information Management and infrastructure transformation.
- Balance personal billability with market development, client engagement and practice growth.
About you
- Be an established Asset Management professional who enjoys building relationships, developing teams and helping clients achieve better outcomes.
- Bring experience within Asset Management, Information Management or a related infrastructure discipline.
- Have a strong understanding of one or more sectors in Ireland such as Water, Aviation, Transport, Defence, Energy or Local Government.
- Have a proven ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Be comfortable working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and within a matrixed organisation.
- Have an interest in developing people, growing capability and creating an inclusive team environment.
- Bring commercial awareness and an understanding of how Asset Management delivers value to clients.
- Have membership of the Institute of Asset Management, ideally including the IAM Diploma or Registered Asset Management Professional status.
