Global Business Solutions (GBS) is TMICC’s trusted transformation partner, delivering innovative and integrated solutions from design to delivery. We develop future-fit capability, expertise and technologically advanced solutions to unlock speed, simplicity and operational agility across TMICCs operations.
This is your chance for a ‘once in a lifetime’ career experience, playing a part in the creation of a fully independent, new Ice Cream company and a greenfield GBS organization supporting Europe Supply Chain Finance Processes. Employees within GBS partner with multiple teams in countries across Europe ranging from Factories, Distribution Centers, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Services, Procurement. You will become part of the delivery service engine behind TMICC’s hero brands and will have the opportunity to implement new solutions and processes alongside an innovative tech stack that is been delivered as part of the separation from Unilever program.
What you'll be responsible for
1. Legal Technology Operations & Ownership
- Serve as the primary operational owner for Legal technology platforms and applications
- Complete knowledge transition and assume end-to-end ownership of existing Legal tools
- Manage day-to-day administration and BAU support activities
- Monitor system performance, platform health, and user experience
- Ensure system configurations, workflows, and settings are maintained accurately • Support rollout and operationalization of newly onboarded Legal technologies
2. User Access Management & Administration
- Manage user provisioning, modifications, and deactivation requests
- Ensure role-based access controls are maintained in accordance with internal policies
- Coordinate with IT and Information Security teams on access-related controls
- Support compliance with internal controls, audit, and security requirements
3. Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Act as the first point of contact for tool-related queries and issues
- Troubleshoot user, workflow, reporting, and system-related problems
- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders
- Track incidents, root causes, and resolution timelines
- Develop preventive actions to reduce recurring issues
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage operational relationships with software vendors and service providers
- Coordinate support tickets, enhancement requests, and product updates
- Participate in vendor governance meetings and performance reviews
- Monitor vendor SLAs and service delivery expectations
- Support contract renewals, licensing reviews, and procurement activities
5. Training, Adoption & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials
- Deliver end-user training sessions and onboarding support
- Coordinate vendor-led training programs and workshops
- Drive user adoption and promote effective use of Legal technologies
- Ensure new features and enhancements are communicated effectively
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for Legal tools
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Track system utilization, adoption metrics, support volumes, and user trends
- Monitor key performance indicators, operational data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and share actionable insights and reports with leadership, Legal Operations, and technology governance forums
7. Tool Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation, testing, optimization and deployment of new Legal technology solutions
- Participate in requirements gathering, UAT, and change management activities
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Support integration activities between Legal systems and enterprise platforms
- Recommend system enhancements based on user feedback and operational needs
We're looking for someone who
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology Administration, Application Support, Business Systems Management, or equivalent roles
- Shared Services / GBS environment experience preferred
- Experience managing enterprise software platforms and vendor relationships
- Experience supporting global users and stakeholders
- Experience with legal technology platforms such as matter management, e-billing, compliance tools, privacy tools, contract lifecycle management (CLM), document management systems, legal intake tools, knowledge management platforms, and AIenabled legal solutions
- Strong understanding of user access management and system administration
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus) and data analysis
- Understanding of software implementation and change management processes
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and vendor management practices
