For our financial department we are currently looking for Process Manager, who will play a key role in KION’s global business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on General Ledger.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve specific financial processes and systems within their area of responsibility across KION
Ensure group-wide harmonization, standardization and automation of processes based on applicable guidelines, as well as to verify and evaluate new business requirements and decision regarding the need for local process deviations
Ensure control of a process through monitoring certain metrics (KPI) and implementation of countermeasures to reduce errors and to overall improve process quality towards a defined goal
First point of contact and sparring partner for the Process Owner and the KION companies regarding all topics related to dedicated General Ledger topics and providing active advice on processes
Support Business Transformation Project and act as project manager on various business and IT projects
Provide support on relevant systems and platforms for General Ledger
Your Skills and Expertise:
Degree in economics
Knowledge of accounting – experience in IFRS
Several years of professional experience in finance and/or process management, ideally in a shared services environment
Experience with SAP FI / CO, ideally with S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proactiveness, initiative and strong communication skills in English - in an international environment and across all hierarchical levels
Stakeholder-management skills - ability to build effective relations and influence stakeholders
Ability to work with deadlines and (changing) priorities
Project-related willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% estimated)

Nice to have:
Experience in the implementation of SAP S4HANA
Knowledge of classic or agile project methods
Understanding of organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies
