Senior Manager Application Marketing

Contribute to the application strategy and develop application-related content for Bluebooks Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Contribute to the application strategy and

develop application-related content for Bluebooks - Develop and continuously maintain the

application roadmap, including commercial and business-case assessments - Capture application requirements and

translate them into future product needs for Product Line roadmaps (P2S:

Product-to-System) - Monitor market and competitor trends and

offerings at the application level; consolidate regional inputs into a

comprehensive application market analysis - Build and maintain the market model,

segmented by application, product group, and region - Help define the application value

proposition, including clear value drivers for the Infineon offering - Develop and update go-to-market (G2M)

collateral showcasing Infineon’s system offering (reference designs and

products), including power switches (Si/SiC/GAN), gate drivers, MCUs, auxiliary

power supplies, current sensors, BMS, and security ICs Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  - A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Science,

or a related disciplines required - A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional

experience in datacenter server rack applications, with preferred expertise in Battery

Backup Units (BBU) and Capacitor Bank Units (CBU). - Demonstrated strength in

decision-making, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively across

all levels of the organization - Proven ability to establish and maintain

professional relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers,

including Server ODMs and OEMs - Experience functioning as a system and

product strategist, with the ability to develop and shape roadmaps in alignment

with future business demands - A strong technical foundation complemented by

a business-oriented mindset, reflecting a balanced blend of technical knowledge

and marketing acumen - Willingness to travel internationally, with a

particular focus on Greater China and the APAC region - Professional
