Ilko Kostadinov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features, optimize and improve existing functionalities and processes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation.
• Guide stakeholders in shaping their requirements to fit standard ServiceNow (OOTB) solutions in accordance with the ITIL framework.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Excellent communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and focus on customer needs.
• Excellent understanding of Mobile or Fix Telecom Technology like ( RAN, Mobile Core, Transport WDM,IP/MPLS,GPON,VDSL,MAN, etc.).
• Excellent or very good understanding of Planning and Assurance process.
• A good understanding of ITIL v3+.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality.
