As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's existing processes and systems to understand how they align with the overall business model and technology landscape. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration across various departments is essential to ensure that the designed processes effectively integrate with technological capabilities and meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to develop practical and scalable business solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
