Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining product

requirements and working closely with engineering teams to

translate business needs into value-driven product features.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both

business requirements and technology, with the ability to work

closely with stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the

product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them

into technical specifications.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define

the product roadmap.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify

opportunities.

 Create user stories, workflows, and detailed requirement

documentation.

 Work with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of

product features

Required Skills:

 Strong analytical and documentation skills.

 Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, and wireframing

tools.

 Knowledge of CPaaS systems and emerging trends in

communication technologies.

Industry background:

 CPaaS, CCaaS, AI Bots , Email or Telco.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis,

preferably with experience working closely with technology and

engineering teams.
