About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers.
- Lead program implementation and ongoing execution from post-award knowledge transfer through sustained delivery.
- Interpret and manage contractual obligations across master service agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, and related program documentation.
- Own customer program financial management, including profitability tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Monitor service-level agreements, key performance indicators, milestones, risks, and overall program health.
- Lead regular customer meetings, program reviews, and executive-level business presentations.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to define workflows, reporting requirements, governance processes, and information flows.
- Identify root causes, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and serve as the customer escalation point.
- Recognize out-of-scope requests and coordinate requirements for appropriate scoping, pricing, and change-order approval.
- Apply formal change-control processes when program scope, cost, budget, resources, or timelines are affected.
- Identify continuous-improvement and cost-saving opportunities that strengthen customer outcomes and program profitability.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, forecasts, business reviews, SLA reporting, and performance metrics.
- Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other supporting functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in customer program management, project management, service delivery, account operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing complex customer programs, contracts, financial performance, and service-level commitments.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical plans, priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced problem-solving, root-cause analysis, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across functions, cultures, identities, and organizational levels.
- Highly organized and able to lead multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
- Proficiency with relevant program-management, reporting, and business applications.
- English proficiency required; additional local or regional language capabilities may be helpful.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% based on customer and business requirements.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.

- Onsite
- On-call availability may be required.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime based on business and customer needs.
Salary Range Requirement
Actual annual compensation offered for this exempt role will be a minimum annual salary of $105,000 based on several variables including length and depth of work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
