Are you excited about leading the development of compelling proposals that showcase innovative solutions and measurable client value? Do you enjoy partnering with Sales and technical experts to create winning submissions while managing complex projects from kickoff to completion?

At Long View, our proposals tell powerful stories—about our people, our solutions, and the value we bring to our clients. As a Proposal Specialist, you will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales and Technical Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, high-quality proposals that help us win meaningful work. This role will ideally be based out of Calgary, however we are open to candidates in Edmonton, Toronto or Vancouver.

Proposals may range from concise responses to complex submissions, and your ability to bring clarity, structure, and a strong narrative to each one will be key to your success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creativity with precision.

This is a 12-month contract covering a maternity leave. There is a chance of extension or conversion to permanent closer to the end date.
