Are you an ERP Project Manager with experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations? Looking for a remote role where you can take ownership of projects and work closely with clients to deliver meaningful business change?

Talent Locker is recruiting for a D365 ERP / D365FO Project Manager to join a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. You’ll manage ERP implementations from initial planning through to go-live, coordinating consultants, technical teams and client stakeholders.

The role

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, testing, cutover and go-live.

• Take ownership of project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and reporting.

• Build strong client relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

• Coordinate functional and technical teams, maintaining clear priorities and accountability.

• Manage risks, dependencies and change requests, resolving issues before they affect delivery.

• Support clients through the organisational change involved in implementing a new ERP system.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / D365 FO implementation projects.

• A track record of delivering projects against agreed scope, budget and timescales.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence leading client conversations.

• An understanding of ERP business processes and implementation challenges.

• A structured, practical approach to project governance and problem-solving.

• Experience working for a Microsoft partner or consultancy would be advantageous.
