Lead a team of 5 to 7 Project Managers delivering Trend, Tridium, Siemens and Schneider-based BMS controls projects.

You will:
- Allocate projects and resources following sales handover
- Review project costs, forecasts and delivery with your PM team
- Coach Project Managers and improve a small number of key processes
You will need strong BMS project experience, sound commercial knowledge and the ability to delegate rather than take every technical issue back yourself.

The role requires regular attendance in London with flexibility for home working.
