Description
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Strategic Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in winning new business and driving sustainable growth.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for identifying and developing high-potential prospects, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term contractual and SLA-based customer partnerships.
This is a proactive, new-business-focused role where you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to value-based selling, negotiation and contract close.
Working closely with our Inside Sales & Customer Success Team, you will ensure a seamless handover of new customers and support a positive onboarding experience that lays the foundation for successful, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, targeted outreach and lead generation.
Build relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs and developing tailored, value-led solutions.
Convert prospects into long-term customers, securing new contracts and SLA agreements that deliver sustainable business growth.
Own the sales process from start to finish, from initial discovery and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and successful close.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities, next steps and forecasts are accurately managed through the CRM system.
Develop compelling commercial proposals and work within agreed pricing and contract approval processes.
Collaborate across the business, working closely with Inside Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover and positive onboarding experience for new customers.
Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, using insights to continuously improve conversion rates and new business wins.
Stay informed on market and competitor activity, sharing customer and market insights to help strengthen our sales approach and value proposition.
