As Full Stack Engineer DevOps, you will sit at the intersection of infrastructure and software development, building and managing automation for internal and customer facing tools, and playing a hands on part in bringing new products from idea to production alongside the network, support and sales teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools, customer portals and automation connecting provisioning, billing and monitoring systems, across front end and back end
- Build, automate and maintain the infrastructure behind the hosting services, including KVM virtualisation clusters, dedicated servers and storage platforms across international data centres
- Design and run CI/CD pipelines for internal applications and services
- Automate server provisioning, configuration and lifecycle tasks using infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
- Integrate with and extend platforms such as Virtualizor, cPanel/WHM and billing and CRM systems through APIs, hooks and custom modules
- Harden systems through patch management, firewall configuration, secrets handling, backup verification and secure coding
- Contribute to new commercial products from prototype to production
- Take part in incident response and root cause analysis, and document systems and runbooks
- Collaborate on tailored customer solutions, including latency sensitive fintech and trading environments
Your Skills and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands on experience
- 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE or full stack engineering role, ideally in hosting, cloud or data centres
- Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian or RHEL based), including networking, storage and performance troubleshooting
- Bash or Python, plus a web stack such as PHP, Node.js or Python on the back end and React or Vue on the front end
- Hands on KVM/QEMU and Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
- CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and Git based workflows
- MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL, and REST API design and integration
- Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus or Grafana
- Solid security knowledge: firewalls, SSL/TLS, access control, backup and disaster recovery
- Clear written English and the ability to work independently

- Ansible, Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools
- Proxmox, VMware, OpenStack or public cloud APIs
- MongoDB, Redis, Laravel or Symfony
- Experience in hosting, cloud or fintech
Salary and Benefits
- EUR 2,000 to 2,500 gross per month
- 13th salary
- Annual performance bonus
