- Build supervisor capability in labor planning, performance management, interviewing, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and accountability.
- Coach supervisors on effective shift-start meetings, performance conversations, and end-of-shift handover.
- Identify high-potential employees, build succession plans, and ensure leaders consistently apply company policies, standard work, and performance expectations.
Lead Off-Shift Warehouse Operations

- Adjust labor and priorities as volume, staffing, equipment, inventory, or carrier conditions change.
- Coordinate with Production, Transportation, Maintenance, and support teams; resolve or escalate operational issues promptly.
- Maintain clear shift handoff for performance, open issues, staffing, equipment, and follow-up actions.
Drive Safety and Quality
- Promote a safety-first culture through visible leadership, coaching, observations, and immediate corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, equipment operation, pedestrian safety, dock and trailer safety, material-handling, housekeeping, and organization standards.
- Review incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and complete corrective actions.
- Ensure shipments meet customer, carrier, packaging, documentation, and quality requirements.
- Improve Performance and Systems
- Use operational data and key performance indicators to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Hold supervisors accountable for shift results while coaching them to improve.
- Lead structured problem-solving, corrective actions, and process standardization across second and third shifts.
- Support system, process, layout, equipment, and automation improvements; sustain results through standard work, training, audits, and follow-up.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience
- 3+ years directly leading supervisors or front-line leaders.
- Demonstrated success developing leaders and improving team performance in a high-volume, multi-shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, inventory control, labor planning, productivity management, and shipping processes.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, plus the ability to use operational data to drive clear actions.
- Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance employee development with operational accountability.
- Ability to work four 12-hour shifts and remain active on the warehouse floor, including around powered equipment, trailers, docks, weather exposure, and fluctuating temperatures.
- Flexibility to adjust hours occasionally for training, meetings, peak periods, or operational emergencies.
