Description
Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Services team is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Analyst to join the team. This position will be based remotely within the US, with a preference for Eastern/Central time zones. Minimal travel is expected (~10%).
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

## What you’ll do:
The Lead Digital Transformation Analyst will be part of the Critical Power Solutions Operational Excellence team contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital capabilities and processes. Leveraging knowledge and skills across multiple digital support tools to drive transformation initiatives within the CPS business.

- Serve as a strategic partner with business subject matter experts to document critical business processes
- Monitor digital enhancement platform (such as PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) requests and work with business leads to determine priority
- Collaborate with IT to define functional business process needs for digital platform applications
- Collaborate with global partners to drive standardization across digital enterprise platforms
- Assist with troubleshooting user issues across digital platforms in a timely manner
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of data within digital ecosystem.
- Analyze data for possible inconsistencies and remediate issues to drive business process change (Account Management, Asset Management etc.)
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective data handling and management.
- Identify and assess current and future training needs based on digitally delivered functionality.
- Manage training and work instruction repository for both operations and field services: including document creation and update of documentation in correspondence with on-going platform changes.
- Serve as a liaison to the IT Learning Management team to communicate business specific training documentation.
- Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases, partnering with business and IT stakeholders, and helping implement responsible AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
- Lead change management communication with business team leaders.
- Represent CPS Field Service as a subject matter expert for projects with external business partners
## Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of process ownership/optimization the Salesforce application.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira, SAP, PowerApp, Visio, Miro, and advanced Microsoft skills.
- Experience working with field service or similar industry.
- Salesforce Service application experience a plus.
