Description
We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at Inala Hotel, a venue that's built a strong reputation on the back of great gaming performance, backed up by quality food, beverage, functions and accommodation. It's a venue with three solid years of trading behind it, a loyal local following, and plenty of room to keep building. We're after someone who can walk in, understand what makes the place tick, and take it to the next level.
What we're after
- At least 1 years' experience managing a venue of a similar size and style
- Commercially sharp — you know your numbers, drive sales, and manage labour and costs without needing to be told twice
- A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front and is out on the floor building real relationships with the team
- A genuine focus on customers and community — building relationships with regulars and locals, and making sure every guest has a great experience
Why join us
At Australian Venue Co, we genuinely believe our people are our biggest asset, and we back that up with how we invest in them. We offer real training, mentoring and career pathways, so when you grow, we grow with you. With over 260+ venues across Australia and New Zealand, there's no shortage of opportunity if you want to keep progressing your career, whether that's within Browns Plains or somewhere else in the group down the track.
- OTE up to $149,000 achievable all year round (Base salary + super + quarterly KPI bonus)
- Genuine career progression across 260+ venues in Australia and New Zealand
- Ongoing training, mentoring and development support
If you're ready to lead a venue with real momentum behind it, and a team that will back you every step of the way, we'd love to hear from you.
