Sales Development Representative Mansfield

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent our Walkers brand. In this role, you will take ownership of your own territory, covering more than 120 stores and visiting approximately 10 to 15 locations each day. As you'll spend much of your time working independently, you'll need to be self-driven, adaptable, and highly organised, with strong time management skills and the confidence to make decisions on the go.

Each customer has unique needs, so you'll be expected to provide a tailored approach, offering expert recommendations on our top-performing products, sharing details of upcoming promotions, and using your enthusiasm for our brands to help customers grow their business.

While this position focuses heavily on individual performance and ownership, you'll also be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Your colleagues will provide guidance, expertise, and encouragement whenever needed. Alongside achieving your personal KPIs, you'll take responsibility for a designated Champion area, acting as a key contact within the team. This will involve sharing updates, helping colleagues identify opportunities, and supporting business initiatives, providing an excellent platform for personal development and wider networking across the organisation.

• Cash and carry visit to collect stock.

Qualifications

 

 

• Full, manual UK driving license.
• Selling Skills.
