Utility Supervisor

Short Intro and About the Job

Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility systems and facilities at our Sentul Factory. In this role, you will lead utility maintenance and improvement activities across boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facility infrastructure, while delivering operational reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency objectives.

 

 

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Utilities, Engineering, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial utility systems, particularly Boiler, Ammonia Chiller, and MV/LV Electrical Distribution
• Experience in operating and maintaining utility systems such as Compressor, HVAC, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Cooling Tower, Fire Protection System, and Building Utilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and utility safety management.
• Proficiency in SAP PM Module, AutoCAD, and basic Electrical Control & Automation.
• Strong understanding of Boiler Safety, Ammonia Handling & Safety, Electrical Safety, and applicable industrial regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in leading technical teams and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, coaching, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional certifications such as K3 Umum, AK3 Listrik, K3 Teknisi Listrik, Boiler Operator, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Sentul Factory.
