Description
Job Definition:
- Report to the Service Manager on Duty and/or the Banquet Supervisor.
- Adheres to and practices all guidelines and procedures as set forth in the Employee Manual.
Job Duties:
- Completes required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled event(s).
- Serves food/drink to members/guests following service standards.
- Monitors members/guests anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
- Clears tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity.
- Completes assigned end of shift duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
General:
- Promotes and applies teamwork skills at al times.
- Notifies appropriate indiviual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance.
- Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members/guests, management and fellow employees.
- Complies with required safety regulations and procedures.
- Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions.
- Complies with club standards, policies, and rules.
- Remains current with club information and changes.
- Complies with club uniform and grooming standards.
