What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment or process issues.
- Adjust operating controls and processes to maintain product quality standards.
- Assist with basic maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team performance.
