Job Description:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Full Stack Software Engineer to work in a delivery team within Fidelity Ireland’s Asset Management Technology group. Our team is responsible for designing, developing & implementing products for the Equity Technology Research division which focus on, and are critical to, the workflows that interface between the Fidelity’s corporate investment research analysts and key corporate financial disclosure events held by third‑party companies within Fidelity’s investment universe. This interaction is at the very heart of Fidelity’s investment research value proposition.
The Expertise we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technology field.
- 3+ years in Full Stack Engineering with demonstrated experience in:
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API development (REST)
- Frontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Testing Frameworks, Quality Engineering & Secure Development Practices
- Experience or exposure to production support and incident resolution.
- 2+ years’ experience or familiarity with AWS Cloud technologies, such as EC2, S3, Lambdas, or CloudWatch.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
- Familiarity with Generative AI coding practices

The role focuses on projects that power Fidelity’s global investment calendar—core platforms that manage the scheduling, coordination, and workflow surrounding key corporate financial disclosure events held by third‑party companies within Fidelity’s investment universe.
