Role summary:
The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to ensure facility surfaces meet established cleanliness and safety standards. This role involves performing routine equipment maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and managing work orders through electronic systems. The technician collaborates with facility teams to address service requests, supports seasonal exterior maintenance, and ensures vehicles and tools are properly maintained. This position requires a commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency while supporting facility upkeep and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Collaborate with teams to support operational needs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold facility safety.
• Manage equipment inventory, perform repairs, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high-pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
• Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
• Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
