We are currently looking for a Director of Business Analysis & Data Science to join our Corporate Performance & ESG Business Unit.
CP & ESG delivers software solutions and services that help organizations manage financial, sustainability, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements, enabling better business performance, risk management, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.
About the Role
As a Director of Business Analysis & Data Science, you will provide high-level leadership to senior managers and professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results across your area of responsibility. With a strategic and visionary approach, you will drive the optimization of business processes, financial performance, and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the organization toward its long-term objectives through insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and transformational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead senior managers and high-level professionals, driving high performance, accountability, and innovation.
Develop and champion long-term strategies for operational and process improvements across the organization.
Oversee comprehensive analyses of business operations, providing actionable insights and recommendations for senior executives.
Direct the organization’s financial strategy, including complex budgeting processes and long-term financial planning.
Implement governance structures to ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of business operations data.
Lead transformational projects and strategic initiatives with broad organizational impact.
Partner with executive leadership to align business analysis activities with strategic organizational goals.
Oversee the strategic allocation of financial and human resources within the division.
Ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation and business analysis frameworks.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging best practices and advanced analytical techniques.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, Consulting, or Business Transformation leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading senior teams and delivering measurable business results.
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
Demonstrated success in driving large-scale strategic and transformational initiatives.
Skills
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to perform and direct high-level business analysis.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide senior managers and professionals.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting complex analyses and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Advanced expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
Strong proficiency with data management, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
Proven ability to identify, lead, and implement transformative process improvements.
Experience overseeing large-scale, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across senior leadership teams.
