Job Description
Data Analytics & Operational Monitoring
Analyse operational and system data to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities.
Develop and enhance dashboards for system health, equipment status, spare-parts availability and operational KPIs.
Support the development of network monitoring dashboards to monitor device status, connectivity and performance.
Clean, validate and consolidate data from different sources.
Support reporting automation and continuous improvement of dashboards.

Prerequisites / Skills Required
Basic data analysis and visualisation skills.
Excel and Power BI knowledge preferred.
Basic SQL/database knowledge is an advantage.
Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Qualification
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
Additional Information / Requirements
Student Status: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) in Singapore.
Credit-Bearing & Graduation Requirement: The internship must be a compulsory, credit-bearing component of your academic program required for graduation.
Duration & Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum period of 16 consecutive weeks.
