Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused salesperson to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine drive to help customers. You will be one of the friendly faces of the branch, taking ownership of customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities and building trusted, long-term relationships. You'll play an important part in delivering outstanding service, ensuring customers receive the support they need while contributing to a collaborative and welcoming team environment.
Previous agricultural or farming experience would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and ability to connect with people in and around Elders Kyneton.

What you will do
As a valued member of the branch team, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
- Develop strong and trusted customer relationships.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and in-store sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the Retail team with inventory management, logistics, and administration activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the branch.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and professional workplace.

- Hold a current driver's licence. A Forklift and HR Truck licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
