Description
Regeneron is a leading biotechnology company built on a simple but powerful mission: to use the power of science to bring new medicines to patients, over and over again. Founded and led by physician-scientists, we've turned that mission into one of the industry's most productive pipelines, nearly all of it homegrown in our own laboratories, powered by proprietary technologies like our VelociSuite® platform. From Dupixent and EYLEA to a rapidly expanding portfolio across oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, neuroscience, and rare disease, our science is reaching millions of patients worldwide, and we're just getting started.
As we invest billions in new manufacturing capacity, expand our global footprint, and build the next generation of digital and technology capabilities to match the scale of our ambition, Regeneron offers a rare combination: the resources and reach of an industry leader, paired with the energy, curiosity, and relentless focus on invention of a company still writing its next chapter. This is a place where technology doesn't just support the business, it accelerates the science that changes patients' lives.
Role Description
Regeneron is making the largest technology investment in its history through a global Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment that will serve as the enterprise platform for finance, planning, manufacturing, and operations worldwide. The Executive Director, Oracle Fusion Global Lead will be accountable for the end-to-end technology delivery of this transformation, from strategy and design through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing optimization. This leader will drive the modernization of Regeneron's operating model, including evaluating the insourcing of key capabilities and integrating support from the company's Global Capability Center in India. As the technology owner of the program, they will shape platform strategy, oversee enterprise-wide execution, and serve as the primary Digital & Technology representative to senior stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
What You'll Lead
- Own the global Oracle Fusion Cloud strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enterprise performance goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion transformation, accountable for the ERP business case, budget, governance, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and deployment execution through stabilization.
- Direct a global organization of employees and contractors, driving talent development, resource planning, organizational effectiveness, and a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
- Establish enterprise standards for application integration, data management, analytics, AI, and platform governance, creating a scalable foundation for future Regeneron technology platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, and other business leaders to align Oracle Fusion capabilities with operational priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Modernize and standardize global business and technology operations by simplifying workflows, improving data quality, enhancing reporting and analytics, advancing AI-enabled automation, and aligning global operating models across regions, shared services, and the GCC.
- Evaluate and execute opportunities to internalize strategic capabilities, while managing strategic vendors, implementation partners, managed services, contracts, and technology spend to ensure delivery quality and financial discipline.
- Ensure long-term platform success through SOX-compliant operations, financial systems support (ERP/EPM), release governance, data and integration standards, and ownership of value realization against the approved ERP business case.
What You Bring
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
- 17+ years of progressive enterprise applications leadership, including large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/EPM/HCM) programs at global scale; experience leading a program of similar magnitude to Regeneron's largest-ever technology investment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading global, multi-year ERP transformation programs, including program governance, business case development, value realization, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience designing and integrating global operating models that incorporate a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar offshore/nearshore delivery model spanning both business and technology operations.
- Track record evaluating build-vs-buy and insourcing/outsourcing decisions for strategic technology and business process capabilities.
