Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability to ensure robust and efficient systems. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and sustainable growth within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce platforms with various enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies to recommend innovative architectural improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
