Mason Wright Senior Living is looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our senior living community.
Schedule: Part-time, 21.5 hours per week
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM; and every other weekend from 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and keeping things running smoothly in a warm, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and sign-in/sign-out for visitors and residents.
- Provide administrative support to staff.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Order and organize office supplies
- Manage the Front Desk convenience store (stocking, shopping, and cash reconciliation)
- Assist with mailings, records, and special projects
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Word and Excel
- Reliable transportation for weekly supply runs
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
