Are you communicative, curious, and interested in starting or developing your career in international sales?
As a Inside Sales Junior Specialist, you will help us connect with potential customers and support the development of new business opportunities. You will learn how international logistics and freight forwarding work while collaborating with experienced colleagues from Sales, Tender Management, and Operations.

- First experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
- You enjoy communicating with people and building professional relationships.
- You are motivated to learn and develop your sales skills.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way.
- You feel comfortable approaching potential customers by phone and email.
- You enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new digital tools.
- You are fluent in English and German
What will you do?
- Research potential customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
- Learn about customer needs and support the development of suitable logistics solutions.
- Assist with preparing quotations and commercial offers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and open quotations.
- Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM system.
- Support experienced sales colleagues with ongoing opportunities.
- Work closely with different teams across our international organization.
- Gradually take responsibility for your own customers and sales activities.
