Position: Senior Manager Finance 

 

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr., Bentonville, AR 72716 

 

Duties: Provides input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling; recommending future expense targets; and planning and analyzing business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Communicates with functional areas to understand significant variations; documenting and preparing results for presentation; and providing follow-up or answering any questions regarding financial issues. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and promotiong a belonging mindset in workplace. Manages complex control structures to mitigate risk of financial misstatement by examining and monitoring at different stages; guiding crossfunctional teams to develop new processes; ensuring proper controls are present in new and existing financial functions; and working to enhance reporting transparency of company financial systems. Provides input for business decisions by producing complex financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; participating in business case presentations to senior and executive management; and communicating forecasts, assumptions, and variances to senior management. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. 

 

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related field plus 4 years of experience in finance or related area; OR 6 years of experience in finance or related area. 

 

Skills required: Must have experience with: Leading Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Long-Range Planning (LRP), forecasting, and scenario modeling; Evaluating business cases for new growth opportunities and conducting complex analysis; Using structured frameworks to decompose complex data into actionable, high-impact business insights; Securing executive trust and navigating organizational politics to drive successful implementation; Preparing key clinical, financial and strategic insights to enable data driven decision-making to senior business partners; Providing data to make decisions on specific levers that can be pulled to improve the bottom-line/ net margin of the business; Mentoring finance teams, fostering high-performing environments, and ensuring compliance; Owning and driving transformation projects, developing AI agents to automate repetitive manual tasks and automate financial reports; Developing financial models for labor, optimizing variable costs, and finding savings to support organizational low-price mission; Evaluating scenarios, weighing risks, and making sound, data-driven decisions; Identifying activities that generate the most income (e.g., recurring vs. one-time sales of certain therapies, SKU’s) and the primary expenses that impacts margins, anticipating how changes in Medicare and Medicaid regulations, trade policies, or economic cycles will impact capital structure and pricing power; Influencing stakeholders, closing deals, managing vendor contracts, and gaining buy-in for strategic initiatives. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. 

 Rate of pay: $114,483.00 - 180,000.00/year
