About the Role
Join JLL Finance team to support strategic decision-making focusing on the Property Management business. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis across Hong Kong, Macau, and Korea, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting
- Lead comprehensive month-end close activities, including Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and variance commentary.
- Prepare and submit monthly revenue performance reports with key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Conduct detailed P&L reviews across HK, Macau, Korea to support regional leadership.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): proactively follow up to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
- Generate ad-hoc and recurring corporate accounting reports for regional and global stakeholders.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Support monthly rolling forecasts, including revenue phasing and system data uploads.
- Review, validate, and challenge revenue forecasts and budget submissions from business units.
- Prepare analytical working files to support forecast and annual budget discussions.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation by collecting, validating, and consolidating inputs.
Business Performance
- Partner with business and functional teams to evaluate performance, revenue/cost drivers, and efficiency opportunities.
- Perform tailored financial analyses (e.g., scenario modeling, profitability assessments) to inform decisions.
- Support Year Plan development with robust financial working files for business reviews.
- Deliver quarterly financial review presentations for HK Macau, including consolidated performance dashboards.
Operational Support
- Maintain and update Payday records for Hong Kong, Macau, and Korea.
- Monitor Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) reports and initiate adjustments in line with business changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Qualified accountant or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, business partnership or commercial finance.
- Regional experience or working in multinational organisation is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP, BI tools, AI tools or financial planning systems is advantageous.
