The Job:
As Senior Manager, Master Data Delivery, you are part of our Tools and Outdoor team with a focus on collection, cleansing, standardization, and maintenance of Product Master Data. You are responsible for gathering, cleaning, and loading existing data, maintaining data quality for Product Master Data, and serving as a key contact and trusted partner for the wider data community. You’ll get to:
- Own the delivery of high-quality Product Master Data as a business-critical data product by contributing to and executing in alignment with defined data quality standards.
- Lead the team’s day-to-day Product Master Data work, including data collection, cleansing, enrichment, maintenance, aggregation, validation, and issue resolution; meeting operational deadlines and service level agreements.
- Set team priorities supporting the Product Master Data Roadmap; break down and allocate work, monitor workload and delivery risks, and coach team members to support strong execution and performance.
- Serve as the team’s subject matter expert by analyzing complex data issues, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and ensuring adherence to standards, business rules, and operating procedures.
- Devise solutions for data preparation based on limited information, adapt approach as issues are identified.
- Analyze and upgrade existing processes, norms, and approaches to Data Delivery, up to and including completely redesigning existing ways of working.
- Engage with business partners to report relevant, audience-specific updates up to leadership and out to project teams with conciseness, professionalism, and a focus on business outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to resolve data, process, and system issues, improve product information, and recommend practical enhancements.
- Lead small to mid-sized projects and maintain documentation, workflow guidance, and clear stakeholder communication to support continuous improvement and operational consistency.
- Utilize technical expertise in Generative AI, Data Modeling, SQL, Python, Alteryx or other data transformation or automation tools to enable the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process of datasets with up to 100k+ rows from multiple disparate data sources into Snowflake, Salsify, or other target systems.
- Build team capabilities in data democratization to easily answer ad hoc business questions about product data.
- Partner with Enterprise Data team to ensure Product Master Data is effectively leveraged for analytics, AI, and system integrations.
- Drive and support annual realignment of product hierarchies for business reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, IT, business systems development, product management, or related field.
- A growth mindset, openness to feedback, excellent coaching skills, and a desire to supervise and develop a team.
- Ability to identify problems, break them down into deliverable tasks, and coach team members through delivery.
- Excellent business acumen, customer focus, and a desire to build a strong customer service organization that delivers valuable business outcomes.
- Motivated by consistently delivering high-quality work and being part of a high-performing team.
- Strong root-cause identification and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business questions into data transformations and outputs.
- Drive to challenge existing processes with a process-improvement mindset, reimagining solutions leveraging a wide selection of AI tools.
- Demonstrated acumen in communicating complex information clearly to employees and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency SQL, Python, JSON, Snowflake, Salsify or other PIM systems, automation tools, and Generative AI.
- Experience independently extracting, cleaning, transforming, validating and automating analysis of large complex datasets with 100k+ rows and multiple source systems.
- Experience improving accuracy and completeness through reusable workflows.

The Salary range for this position is $110,600.00 - $178,000.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
