Job Description

Are you ready to bring your communication and relation-building skills into play to plan and implement employee experience concepts with us?

In Employee Experience & Engagement, we are a dynamic and collaborative team with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. This includes HR, social sciences, communication, design thinking, and project management. We are excited to add your imagination and skills to our ways of working and to welcome a new member to our truly global team.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer relocation for this role.

  • This is a Fixed Contract position for eight months.

Core Responsibilities

In this 8-month temporary parental cover position as our Senior Consultant, it will be your core responsibility to lead our engagement with various partners and enable rollouts across our project portfolio in total rewards experience.

More specifically you will:

  • Engage stakeholders on our global solutions and capture their diverse input, with a particular focus on subject-matter experts and country-level partners.

  • Design and implement roll-out processes that support a successful adaptation and reception of experience concepts at local level.

  • Effectively convey project goals, outcomes, actions and timelines to the project team and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions to discuss, test and agree on initiatives at various stages of the employee experience design process.

  • Drive onboarding and hand-over of solutions and communication materials to partners (e.g. user guides, assets, templates, handbooks).

  • Act as point of contact for collaborators when support is needed or feedback given.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Employee Experience & Engagement team in the broader context of Global Rewards within the People, Places & Culture organization. Here, you will play a key part in enhancing the total rewards experience for our colleagues, helping us bring subjects such as compensation, employee benefits, bonus programs, hybrid working, and other reward topics to life – thus supporting the overall employee attraction and retainment at the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in project management and implementation to drive deliveries.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to design and execute effective processes.

  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken.

  • Ability to build and nurture great relationships and collaborations.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint.

  • As a person, you thrive working in a collaborative culture and have an adaptable, open-minded, and structured approach to work.
