Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Germany – Hybrid)
IgniteSAP are partnered with one of Germany's leading SAP transformation consultancies, recognised for delivering complex international SAP programmes for global market leaders. Due to continued investment in its SAP SuccessFactors practice, the business is looking to expand its Employee Central team with experienced consultants who are passionate about delivering modern HR transformation programmes.
You'll work on large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, helping organisations modernise their HR landscape while benefiting from structured career development, industry-leading training and a collaborative consulting culture.

Your responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
* Analyse business requirements and design scalable HR solutions aligned to customer objectives.
* Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business requirements.
* Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations and design sessions.
* Support customers throughout all project phases including analysis, implementation, testing, go-live and hypercare.
* Build trusted relationships with customers and provide strategic guidance on HR transformation initiatives.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the SAP SuccessFactors practice.
* Support business development activities, pre-sales engagements and proposal preparation where required.
Your profile
* Several years of consulting experience within SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud transformation programmes.
* Experience configuring and customising SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
* Passion for mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent German and English communication skills.
* Willingness to travel when required for customer engagements.
