The Opportunity
We are looking for professionals with experience or strong potential in Intelligent Asset Management to join our practice in Mexico.
In this role, you will support or lead consulting and transformation projects focused on Asset Strategy, Reliability, Maintenance Management, Asset Performance Management, Asset Information Management, and Digital Asset Intelligence.
Depending on your experience and career level, you may participate in technical assessments, solution design, implementation, program governance, client advisory, team leadership, capability development, and business growth activities.
What You Will Do
Asset Strategy, Reliability & Performance
- Assess, design, and implement Asset Management, Asset Strategy, Reliability, and Maintenance programs.
- Help clients improve asset performance, operational reliability, lifecycle value, risk exposure, and operating costs.
- Conduct or support reliability studies, maintenance assessments, operational diagnostics, risk-based inspections, and performance-improvement initiatives.
- Analyze complex asset maintenance and reliability challenges to identify practical opportunities for operational and business value.
- Support the definition and implementation of maintenance best practices, strategies, and turnaround-management approaches.
Asset Integrity, Inspection & Corrosion Management
- Support Asset Integrity and Reliability Management programs, including Risk-Based Inspection, corrosion management, inspection planning, and risk-management frameworks.
- Manage and analyze asset, inspection, maintenance, and corrosion data.
- Develop technical assessments and Risk-Based Inspection deliverables.
- Apply an understanding of inspection and corrosion-management processes within asset-intensive operating environments.
- Contribute field inspection or maintenance-management experience when applicable.
Digital Asset Intelligence & Asset Information Management
- Integrate asset information, master data, analytics, and business processes to establish trusted and consistent asset information.
- Support Asset Information Management, master-data governance, asset hierarchy and taxonomy, and Single Source of Truth initiatives.
- Define and monitor asset performance, reliability, maintenance effectiveness, operational, risk, and business KPIs.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
EAM, APM & Industry X Transformation
- Design and deliver Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Performance Management transformation initiatives.
- Work with EAM, APM, ERP, and Digital Operations platforms such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo/MAS, GE APM Meridium, AVEVA APM, Oracle EAM, IFS EAM, Hexagon, Infor, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers, or equivalent solutions.
- Apply Predictive Maintenance, Industrial Analytics, Reliability AI, Digital Twins, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation to improve operational performance.
- Support the integration of engineering, maintenance, inspection, asset data, and technology capabilities.
Consulting, Delivery & Client Advisory
- Work with client and consulting teams to structure problems, assess current-state capabilities, and define improvement roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate recommendations to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, presentations, technical documentation, proposals, and client deliverables.
- Support delivery governance, scope and risk management, quality assurance, change management, and value realization.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Contribute to Managed Services, business-development activities, capability building, and the creation of reusable assets and accelerators.
- For leadership positions, lead multidisciplinary teams, complex transformation programs, client relationships, governance forums, and commercial activities.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Petroleum Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or Digital Transformation is preferred for positions involving broader leadership responsibilities.
Professional Experience
We welcome candidates across different career levels, with relevant professional experience typically ranging from approximately 3 to 10 years, depending on the position and scope of responsibilities.

For roles with delivery or portfolio leadership responsibilities, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, complex programs, client relationships, commercial activities, account growth, offering development, and capability building is highly valued.
Languages
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Technology & Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or equivalent platforms is desirable.
- Experience developing accelerators using advanced Excel, macros, VB scripts, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.
