Description
Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Finance, Business or related field
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Experience in revenue management role
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Computer literate
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to articulate recommendations for Revenue & Sales strategies
• Team player and strong working relationship to deliver positive results
• Set high performance standards and pursues aggressive goals
• Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks with low yield impact
• Works effectively with colleagues as a close team
• Works well under pressure, takes initiative, is independent
• Strategic, proactive and results oriented
• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Dynamic and hands-on
