We are currently seeking a Revenue Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Revenue Manager at ICON, you will oversee the revenue management and financial reporting processes for clinical trial projects. Your role will involve ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial integrity of projects.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
- Overseeing invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely billing in accordance with client contracts.
- Collaborating with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profit margins.
- Providing detailed financial forecasts and analysis to support project budgeting and strategic planning.
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls, and contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA or similar qualification is an advantage.
- Should have overall 5-6 years experience with some team handing experience as well.
- Demonstrate ability to interpret data (analytical skills) and convert between formats
- Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
