Overview
About the role
You will own global marketing strategy and execution for Aptean's Equipment Dealer Management Systems, reporting directly to the CMO. You will lead the messaging, campaigns, positioning, lead generation and lead follow up, across all the products within this segment. You will be accountable for the segment’s success, including pipeline, new logo acquisition, upsells, cross-sells, and retention.
This is a remote role that can be based in either the UK or Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global go-to-market strategy and marketing for the Aptean's Equipment Dealer Management Systems.
- Lead messaging, campaigns strategy, budget, lead gen and follow up messaging and support, for the segment.
- Own and improve web conversions, landing page content, and segment copy.
- Deliver sales enablement and support for all GTM teams for the segment.
- Align Product marketing messaging, Sales support, Marketing operations, and overall segment GTM execution.
- Define and design market segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM planning, and ABM execution.
About you
You are a veteran B2B marketing leader. You take ownership without waiting to be assigned responsibility. You are organized and clear-headed in complexity, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and inclined to solve challenges. You communicate clearly and influence through expertise and relationships without formal authority.
Qualifications
- B2B marketing experience within the technology sector.
- Experience owning go-to-market strategy and marketing for a segment or vertical.
- Experience with messaging, branding, campaigns and lead strategy.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience owning outcomes including pipeline, acquisition, upsells, cross-sells and retention.
- You are naturally metrics-driven and measure the success of every objective.
To be ahead of the pack, you might have
- Experience with DMS, Dynamics BC products and / or within agriculture or construction industry.
- Experience representing similar solutions in forums or on stage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, demand planning or quality management.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
