Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a seasoned designer to execute high-quality design projects efficiently, often under tight deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and innovative company. Podium is headquartered in Austin, TX, USA, however, this role is remote with a preferred location in Central or South America.

 

Responsibilities

• Create and execute design assets across various mediums, including digital, print, and web, ensuring brand consistency and quality (with the majority of the work focused on web).
  
  

• Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing partnerships, and product, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  
  

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  
  

• Proactively manage feedback, revisions, and file organization to streamline the production process.
  
  

• Support the lead designer on high-impact projects, with opportunities to take ownership of smaller initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  
  

• Experience or willingness to work on a web platform. (currently use Duda)
  
  

• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, and precision.
  
  

• Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-velocity business environment.
  
  

• 2-5+ years of design-related experience in a fast-paced industry (education, tech, or similar fields preferred).
  
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight.
  
  

• Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned designer.
  
  

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  
  

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
  

• A degree in design, art, or a related field.
  
  

• Experience creating assets for responsive web design and/or knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
  
  

• Understanding of accessibility standards and design optimization for digital platforms.
