The firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its Construction Service Group in Louisville. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in handling sophisticated construction disputes while gaining exposure to the business and transactional side of the construction industry.
Highlighted Duties:
- Handle construction-related litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Work closely with experienced attorneys on complex construction cases.
- Assist with the preparation and negotiation of construction and design contracts.
- Gain exposure to related transactional and risk management matters.
- Represent and advise clients across a variety of construction-related legal issues.
- Build relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Highlighted Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
- 1–5 years of construction litigation or complex commercial litigation .
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Degree, coursework, or professional background in engineering, architecture, or the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
