Description

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in our largest office in downtown San Diego, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handling cases while tackling complex issues. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- California licensed with 3 to 8 years of experience in construction litigation, general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
- Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career
- Candidates with construction defect and/or construction and real estate law experience are desired

- Pay range: $145,000-170,000 per year (depends on experience)
