Role Overview

Lead ProAg’s digital marketing strategy and drive growth through impactful digital campaigns, website optimization, social media, search marketing, and lead generation efforts. This role partners across the organization to enhance brand awareness, strengthen customer and agent engagement, and deliver measurable business results through data-driven marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates are customer focused, resourceful, strategic, innovative marketers with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences and driving continuous improvement, along with a ownership/champion mindset.

In this Exciting Opportunity, You Will:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth in targeted geographies to increase profitable premium.
• Manage and optimize ProAg’s website, social media, email marketing, search marketing (SEO/SEM) and other digital channels.
• Create and oversee digital content, campaigns and customer journeys that enhance engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data, insights and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and maximize results.
• Serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert, leading projects and collaborating with internal teams, agencies and technology partners.
• Lead social media strategy and execution, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and paid and organic promotional efforts. Direct SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility, website traffic, engagement, lead generation and overall digital performance.   

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Communications
• At least six years of Digital Marketing experience managing multiple platforms, with demonstrated success driving results.
• Experience within crop insurance strongly preferred or related industries in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural financial services, or a related industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships effectively across all departments with demonstrated success.
• Demonstrated competence and experience with applications such as Canva, Adobe, Hubspot, Wordpressand Microsoft products, mainly for templated content creation purposes.

Pay Transparency

The pay range for this position is pay range $90,000 – $115,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
