Ready to take full ownership of the finance function for an established organisation in hospitality?
You'll be the financial backbone of the operation, working closely with the management team and board to keep things running accurately, on time, and above board, while getting real exposure to a business that blends hospitality and community all in one.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full finance and administration function, including debtors, creditors, and cash flow management
- Oversee inventory control and stock-take procedures in partnership with the department lead
- Prepare monthly management accounts, turnover analysis, and budget vs. actual variance reporting
- Manage statutory compliance including PAYE, VAT, UIF, SDL and payroll reconciliations
- Prepare annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and year-end accounts ahead of the annual audit
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and oversee balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Supervise the Debtors, Creditors and IT teams, ensuring coverage and capability across the department
