How you’ll make an impact

 

Leverage your digital product management expertise, customer-centric mindset and agile delivery experience to help turn product strategy into meaningful customer and business outcomes.  

  

As a Senior Product Owner within the Online & Digital domain, you’ll work closely with the Domain Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities that power FCC’s customer-facing digital channels and partner-facing experiences. You’ll help bring the domain vision and roadmap to life by translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable work that delivers secure, intuitive and accessible digital solutions for customers and partners.

 

You'll manage and prioritize the product backlog, align initiatives with product strategy and corporate goals, and organize work into releasable business value.  Through strong collaboration, communication and agile delivery practices, you’ll help product teams execute with clarity and confidence while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

What you’ll do

 

• Create, maintain and prioritize a transparent product backlog that supports corporate and product goals

• Work with product leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, product needs, gaps, issues and required maintenance work

• Manage and prioritize work for one or more agile teams, organize stories into sprints or cycles, and support the continual release process

• Develop and communicate product requirements, including user stories, specifications, wireframes and prototypes, using data to support decisions

• Demonstrate new and changing functionality, gather feedback and use it to enhance future product features

• Communicate product priorities and status, negotiate competing needs, and help evolve agile practices through continuous improvement

 

What you’ll bring to the team

 

Required qualifications:

• Degree in business administration or a related discipline
• Minimum eight years of financial institution or agricultural experience

• Minimum four years of experience in project management or lead analysis

• Proven knowledge of agile principles, methodologies and techniques, with the ability to coach others in their application

• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and make and communicate priority decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and mediation skills

• Substantial experience with information technology industry standards, software development methodologies and the application of technology in business settings

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Product Owner certification

• Knowledge of current theory and trends in project and program management

• Knowledge of project and program management best practices and industry standards
