Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business priorities, banker education needs, and desired outcomes to ensure market engagement efforts drive adoption, sales execution, and measurable business results.
- Develop and manage strategic market engagement roadmaps and delivery plans that align priorities, stakeholders, milestones, success measures, and follow-up.
- Serve as a strategic consultant with Product, Sales, and field partners to identify adoption opportunities, clarify banker needs, and refine sales messages and resources to build banker belief, confidence, and action.
- Use storytelling, sales insight, and influence to make complex information relevant, memorable, and motivating for frontline teams and leaders.
- Reinforce adoption through success stories, recognition moments, and engagement tactics that encourage continued growth and participation.
- Gather banker and sales leader feedback to identify what is working, where support is needed, and how strategies should evolve.
- Measure and communicate the impact of market engagement efforts through feedback, adoption indicators, business outcomes, and stakeholder input.
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience building a new capability, standing up a team, or creating a repeatable operating model for strategy design, sales enablement, market engagement, field engagement, or banker readiness.
- Knowledge of business banking products, sales processes, sales routines, banker or field team engagement, product launches, revenue campaigns, or client engagement strategies.
- Experience driving behavior change, adoption campaigns, sales activation, or large-scale employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to bring creativity, urgency, energy, and a sales mindset to internal communications and enablement efforts.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, frontline managers, and subject matter experts to shape messages that are credible, actionable, and easy for sales teams to use.
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect enablement activity to sales execution, revenue generation, employee performance, and client outcomes.
- Experience in sales enablement, field engagement, internal communications, change management, training, sales operations, or another role focused on helping sales teams perform.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex information simple, relevant, and energizing for a sales audience.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and align cross-functional teams around shared sales priorities.
- Experience creating communications, tools, training materials, or resources that improve sales understanding, adoption, confidence, and performance.
- Ability to move quickly, manage competing priorities, and execute with clarity, energy, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience building trusted relationships with sales leaders, product partners, and other key stakeholders.
**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
