Summary:
In this role, you will support hospital clients in identifying and executing cost savings and margin improvement opportunities across clinical supply categories. You will leverage Supply Analytics, aptitude, and other Vizient technologies to deliver data-driven insights, contracting strategies, performance improvements, and measurable financial and operational outcomes. You will partner with supply chain leaders and executives to advance standardization, strengthen client relationships, and support sustainable implementation.
Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain and clinical data to identify cost savings, margin improvement, and contracting opportunities.
Develop client opportunity pipelines and execute workplans that meet project schedules, budgets, and expected value.
Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) and contracting activities using Supply Analytics, aptitude, and other Vizient technologies.
Implement technologies and supporting resources at client sites to promote sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes.
Facilitate client meetings and business reviews and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and compelling business narratives.
Serve as a resource to less experienced consultants on data interpretation, analysis, and storytelling.
Educate clients on aptitude functionality and communicate the value of contracting through the online platform.
Provide ongoing technology training and support while collaborating across consulting, spend management, technology sales, and managed services teams to maximize client value.
Conduct contract maintenance activities, including product, pricing, and client updates.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
Experience analyzing and interpreting clinical, operational, and supply chain data.
Strong business acumen and financial insight with the ability to quantify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly using Microsoft tools.
Understanding of project management methodologies preferred.
Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
